The Coffin is Too Big for the Hole is one of Singapore’s best-known monologue written by Kuo Pao Kun. This is a fresh retelling of Kuo Pao Kun’s popular satirical monologue with a blend of traditional and contemporary elements, conveyed by a young Indian woman in modern day society.
LASALLE Diploma in Performance
This production is presented by LASALLE’s Diploma in Performance Programme. The programme trains performers to develop strategies and skills to interrogate the world and respond meaningfully with traditional, contemporary and experimental performance disciplines. Encompassing the significant rite of passage from apprentice to performer, this dynamic programme trains performers to recognise events that have the potential to be explored and developed into performance. Graduates go on to professional careers in theatre, film, television and live events.
